Ronald L. Johnson, 68, Milaca, died Thursday, July 12th, 2012 at Fairview Northland Hospital in Princeton. Ronald was born on January 5, 1944 in Braham, the son of Wallace and Frances (Sterr) Johnson. He grew up on the family farm near Dalbo and graduated from the Ogilvie High School in 1962. He was united in marriage with Audrey Keller on February 21, 1969 in South Dakota. They continued to live in the Dalbo area. Ronald worked for Anoka Gas, Fingerhut and then drove milk truck for the Princeton Creamery for over eight years. He lived with his step-daughter, Mollie Fowler from 2009 until 2012 in Zimmerman and moved recently to the apartments in Milaca. His wife, Audrey, died on March 11, 2009. Ronald enjoyed watching old TV shows, Bonanza, the Rifleman and Andy Griffith. When he was younger he enjoyed playing horseshoes and over the years, he collected milk cans. He is survived by his son: Daniel “Tuffy” Johnson; stepdaughters Beverly Ramey, Mary Poff and Mollie Fowler; 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; sister Janice Schubert and brother Mike Johnson; numerous nieces, nephews and other loving relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Russell, Roger and Gary; nephew: Arlan; his wife: Audrey; and sons-in-law: David Woodworth and Tim Davidson. Visitation will be for one hour before services on Thursday at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 19 at the Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, Princeton. Burial will be in the Royalton Memorial Cemetery, Braham.
