Chicken Cheese Dip

Genny Reynolds and her husband Jeff and their two children Amanda, 9, and Michelle, 5, live in Princeton. Amanda is on the left in the photo.

Genny is originally from Seattle and Jeff from Princeton. Amanda and Michelle are active girls, both qualifying this summer for the Minnesota State Pedal Tractor Pull that was conducted this past weekend in Hutchinson.

Genny enjoys go-kart racing and drag racing. She placed second in the West Coast bracket nationals nearly 30 years ago, racing a 1969 Plymouth Roadrunner with a 440 engine. She is having a 1981 Corvette worked on for future drag racing at Brainerd International Speedway. Genny also likes entertaining, and organized this summer’s Little Miss Princeton contest.

The whole Reynolds family likes riding horses, three- and four-wheelers, and bicycles, and also enjoys cross country skiing. Amanda and Jeff also like downhill skiing. Amanda and Michelle like dancing and are in Just For Kix.

Genny owns and operates Reynolds Balloon & Party and is involved in many civic groups, including being vice president of the local chamber of commerce, and a member of the Milaca Chamber. She belongs to the local historical society, Princeton Civic Betterment Club, and the Biz to Biz business networking group.



8-oz. pkg. softened cream cheese

1/2 cup buttermilk ranch dressing

1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

two 10-oz. cans chicken breast


Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place cream cheese in a deep baking dish and stir until smooth. Mix in the buttermilk ranch dressing and cheeses and then stir in the chicken.

Bake 15-20 minutes or until the dip is completely heated throughout. Stir again and serve with crusty bread or chips.
