Skid loader stolen

A yellow Caterpiller brand skid loader was stolen from the Inline Packaging lot in the main industrial park in Princeton early this month, for a $71,000 loss.
The skid loader belonged to local excavation contractor, West Branch Construction, one of the contractors involved in the plant expansion going on at Inline Packaging. Justin Johnson, with West Branch Construction, said West Branch purchased the loader new last December.
The loader was parked on the ground inside a loading dock at Inline and was stolen sometime between the mornings of July 6, a Saturday, and July 8, a Monday, according to Johnson. The skid loader was insured. Police have not reported any leads in the theft.
