Recipe: Quick peanut butter candy kisses

Lacey Knudson grew up in the Princeton-Milaca area. “I am now in Princeton and glad to be here,” she said, adding that she likes the Princeton community and its school district.
Knudson, a sales associate at the Holiday station store in Princeton, has been in her job off and on for about five years. Besides tending to the cash registers, she makes sure the coffee and creamers are ready. The job allows her to see a lot of people, she said.
Knudson has a daughter Shyla, 7, and enjoys reading, movies, cooking, baking, making pottery and stained glass, history, spending time with family and friends, and going to concerts. She is a college psychology major with her college on pause for now. She wants to be a chemical dependency counselor and work with teens to “get them on the right path.”

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup water
1 cup creamy peanut butter
chocolate candy Kisses

Mix the cake mix, eggs, water and peanut butter together and make into small balls. Roll in sugar and bake in 375-degree oven about seven minutes. Place a candy Kiss in center of each cookie and press down lightly. Return to oven for about two minutes.
