Monday, Dec. 16
9:16 a.m. Subject cited for trespassing at middle school.
9:30 a.m. Person received suspicious voice mail while on bus of a male with heavy foreign accent stating, “I’m gonna find you at your location at 10:20.” Officer was able to call the number (Sears delivery center in Minneapolis) and speak with supervisor who promised to follow up with employees to find out who made the call.
9:43 a.m. Report of school bus stop arm violation.
3:27 p.m. Mediated argument over money and a broken car mirror.
Tuesday, Dec. 17
4:02 a.m. Mille Lacs County requested assistance regarding four horses on road in area of 14768 Chestnut Road. No deputy in area. Contacted owner and advised.
12:22 p.m. Student struck head on floor at high school. Assisted with medical attention.
3:28 p.m. Harassment complaint made about ex-boyfriend who denied harassment claim. Officer advised both parties of harassment-order options.
3:28 p.m. Theft reported of black 5-by-8-foot entry rug with the Crystal Court name on it, from Crystal Court Apartments for a loss of $150. Theft occurred sometime between Dec. 12 and 15.
6:28 p.m. Crash reported east of roundabout at Highway 95 and Rum River Drive. State Patrol handled.
Wednesday, Dec. 18
7:17 a.m. Vehicle stalled on roadway at Rum River Drive and Fifth Avenue North, causing traffic hazard. Vehicle towed by Hy-Tech, which informed officer that vehicle owner had already called for a tow.
12:51 p.m. Family Services reported a disturbance outside the Princeton jurisdiction.
3:47 p.m. Identify fraud reported.
9:17 p.m. Police K-9 assisted in Onamia area regarding report of assault involving weapons.
Thursday, Dec. 19
1:55 a.m. A children’s hospital donation jar was reported stolen from counter at 925 Rum River Dr. S. Photo of possible suspect.
9:56 a.m. Cited woman for theft at Coborn’s.
10:49 a.m. Assisted U.S. Marshall’s office with warrant attempt.
3:11 p.m. Stray adult black cat impounded.
9:31 p.m. Theft from vehicle at ice arena under investigation.
11 p.m. Firefighters checked out carbon monoxide alarm at residence and detected no gas.
9:17 p.m. Kanabec County requested assistance from K-9 unit on a burglary call. Unit canceled en route.
9:19 p.m. Disturbance reported.
Friday, Dec. 20
8:44 a.m. Assisted with rollover at Highway 169 and 313th Avenue.
2:09 p.m. Woman reported that a vehicle appearing to be speeding almost hit her in area of 21st Avenue and First Street.
7:47 p.m. Agency assist. Police located male with Sherburne County warrants at Walmart. The male, 29, was arrested for fifth-degree controlled substance and trespassing, and for the Sherburne warrants. A female, 22, also was arrested for giving false information and for felony warrants. K-9 unit used for drug detection.
9:33 p.m. Woman did not pay for about $23 in fuel at the Hofman Oil BP station.
9:51 p.m. Resident reported ongoing issues with neighbor’s dog.
Saturday, Dec. 21
4:26 a.m. Disturbance reported. Two males having physical alteration were separated.
9:28 a.m. Male party advised to not go to workplace of person who made harassment complaint.
3:18 p.m. The department assisted Mille Lacs County in trying to locate juvenile suspects in a case of assault or robbery. One of the juveniles was located at his residence and arrested.
Sunday, Dec. 22
1:32 a.m. Report of suspected theft of $20 worth of gas from an individual.
1:53 a.m. Intoxicated male removed from Rum River Motel.
5:52 p.m. Woman reported a lost or stolen purse at Coborn’s.Monday, Dec. 23
9:36 a.m. Driver left the Holiday gas station in a black two-door Grand Prix without paying for $41.38 in fuel.
2:20 p.m. Fairview Northland Pharmacy in Princeton reported prescription fraud.
4:21 p.m. The Circle 9 Marathon station reported the driver of a dark green Pontiac sedan with doughnut tire on passenger side left without paying for $46 in fuel.
9:32 p.m. Arrested juvenile at his residence on a Mille Lacs County warrant and after a KOPS alert was put out on the suspect for second degree assault, and robbery.
Tuesday, Dec. 24
4:07 a.m. Stopped woman for driving without lights and cited for driving after revocation and no proof of insurance.
11:58 a.m. Advised snowmobile driver of complaint and advised of ordinance and to stay off other people’s property.
6:07 p.m. Vehicle driven into stop sign and street pole at 12th Street No. and 15th Avenue. Unable to locate vehicle.
7:52 p.m. Report of wrong-way driver in southbound lane of Highway 169. Unable to locate.
8:47 p.m. Intoxicated male seen walking west on Highway 95. State Patrol relocated the walker.
Wednesday, Dec. 25
Assault complaint. Officer mediated issue.
Thursday, Dec. 26
Stopped driver for headlight out and cited driver for driving after revocation and no proof of insurance.
7:29 p.m. Assisted with vehicle in ditch.
8:50 p.m. Vehicle stuck in snowbank. Gave verbal warning about driving too fast for conditions.
9:56 p.m. Assisted on traffic stop with theft suspects.
Friday, Dec. 27
4:03 a.m. Stopped driver and verbally warned about cracked windshield and obstructed plates.
4:20 a.m. Stopped vehicle and cited driver for driving after suspension and no proof of insurance.
10:50 a.m. Holiday reported the theft of $74.33 in fuel.
11:05 p.m. Medical hold placed on “highly intoxicated, uncooperative/combative” individual and transported to hospital. Another intoxicated male was released to his mother.
Saturday, Dec. 28
12:37 p.m. A 9 mm firearm reported stolen.
Sunday, Dec. 29
2:13 a.m. Agency assist. Received KOPS alert concerning armed robbery in Minnetonka with handgun and suspect having recently left Big Lake. Officer sat in area of Highway 169 and Rum River Drive S. Unable to locate.
7:46 p.m. Walmart reported theft by employee. Male, 19, cited for theft.
Monday, Dec. 30
1:46 a.m. Assist to Sherburne County. Checked area for intoxicated driver who damaged property in Sherburne County. Sherburne located vehicle.
