Under and by virtue of an Execution issued out of and under the seal of the District Court of the State of Minnesota, in and for the Fourth Judicial District and County of Hennepin on the 25th day of April, 2013, upon a judgment rendered and docketed in said Court and County in an action therein, wherein Key Community Bank was Plaintiff, and Richard L. Sluis and Deborah J. Sluis were Defendants, in favor of said Plaintiff and against said Defendants for the sum of $88,207.47, as appears in the judgment roll filed in the office of the Clerk of said District Court for said County of Hennepin, and
WHEREAS, said judgment was docketed in the District Court of Mille Lacs County on the 5th day of June, 2013, and the sum of $93,346.09 (including accrued costs and interest computed to November 19, 2013) is now actually due thereon, plus additional interest computed up to and including the date of sale and all of my fees, costs and disbursements of levy and sale, and
WHEREAS, said Execution has to me as Sheriff of Mille Lacs County been duly directed and delivered,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that I have levied upon and will sell at public auction to the highest cash bidder, in the lobby of the Sheriffs Office, 640 Third Street SE, Milaca, MN 56353, County of Mille Lacs, on the 26th day of February, 2014, at 10:00 oclock a.m., all the right, title and interest that the above-named defendants had on the 5th day of June, 2013, (that being the date of docketing of said judgment in Mille Lacs County) in and to the real estate hereinafter described, or any interest therein which said defendant has since that day acquired, the description of the property being as follows, to-wit:
That part of Government Lot 2, Section 22, Township 42 North, Range 26 West, Mille Lacs County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 2, thence North 89 degrees 20 minutes 56 seconds East, along the southerly line of said Lot 2 a distance of 139.89 feet to the point of beginning of the tract to herein be described: thence continuing North 89 degrees 20 minutes 56 seconds East, along the said southerly line, 200.01 feet to the point of beginning and termination of that parcel described in Book of DEED RECORD No. 108, on page 264 as recorded in the Mille Lacs County Recorders Office, thence North, parallel to the westerly line of said Lot 2, a distance of 395.5 feet more or less, to the shore line of Mille Lacs Lake; thence westerly along the said shore line to a point which bears North from the first point of beginning herein sited; thence South, parallel to the said westerly line 404 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning and here terminating.
