Gymnasts score another 120 at Monticello

The Princeton gymnasts scored a season-high 120.4 points in the Jan. 16 conference meet won by Monticello with its 134.2 points.

Tiger Coach Emily Vogelpohl:  “Megan Gourley stuck her beam routine and scored 8.45 for first place. We have been adding new and bigger skills into our routines and that are getting more consistent, and that has helped increase our team score. Ratana Powers and Allison Humphrey tied for 4th on vault with scores of 8.4, while Megan gourley took 3rd with an 8.6.

“Ratana Powers placed 5th on the bars with a 7.275. Ratana also placed 5th on floor with an 8.3 followed by Megan Gourley with an 8.25 for 6th place. In the all around Ratana Powers took 5th with a 31.6 and Megan Gourley took 4th with a 32.4. Lexi Jones took 6th in all around with a 26.525.”
