Letter: Bremer supports local communities

Otto Bremer created a legacy that continues to flourish today. The Bremer story focuses on our vision of strengthening communities as partners in possibility and highlights the contributions our employees make with clients and communities every day.

It’s the story of a self-made man – an individual committed to the long-term health and vitality of the communities that were home to his banks. But it’s also the story of nearly 2,000 dedicated employees who today deliver outstanding customer service, volunteer for local nonprofits and make investments in the long-term health of the communities where they live and work.

Relationship building is critical in our business. Staying close to clients is a Bremer priority and developing trusted partnerships is one of our strengths. In both good times and bad, staff members listen to clients, learn of their needs and identify individual solutions that transform a world of possibilities into financial realities.

The Bremer story continues to add new chapters inspired by the vision of our founder. Throughout communities in Minnesota, North Dakota and Wisconsin, our clients and employees are working together to realize extraordinary possibilities.

We are very proud to share with you these statistics for 2013. The Otto Bremer Foundation awarded and funded grants totaling in excess of $36 million. Local Bremer Banks also donated in excess of $2 million in their respective communities and our great Bremer employees donated over 100,000 hours of voluntary support in their communities. We look forward to growing our relationships with you and your families in 2014!
