Call for Bids For
Milk Products
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Board of Education, Milaca Public Schools, ISD #912, 500 Hwy 23 West, Milaca, MN 56353, until 10:00 AM on Monday, May 5, 2014 for milk products to be used during the 2014-2015 school year, at which time bids will be opened publicly and read aloud in the District Office located in Milaca, Minnesota, and tabulated for review by staff members who will make recommendations to the Board of Education for their consideration at a later meeting. At that time, copies of the tabulation will be available to interested parties or the bids otherwise made public and the Board will take action thereon.
Bids will be required for the following milk products:
a) Skim half pints
b) 1% half pints
c) Chocolate skim half pints
d) Shake/Soft Serve mix
e) Cottage Cheese
Bids are to be submitted to Mandy Zens, Director of Food and Nutrition Independent School District #912, 500 Hwy 23 West, Milaca, MN 56353 and clearly marked that it is a bid for milk products for 2014-2015. The board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bids. Bidders may not withdraw a bid within 30 days after date of bid opening without the consent of the School Board.
