Recipe- Green Stuff Dessert

Dyan Oliver is a credit repair specialist with Positive Solution LLC and has her office at 208 Rum River Drive. She also is employed with her husband Aaron with American Mortgage & Equity Consultants. The couple also own the Bright Child, Child Development Center in Princeton.

Dyan grew up in Coon Rapids and Aaron in Princeton, and they have three children – 5-year-old twins Natalie and Olivia, and son Emmett, 2.

Dyan and Aaron enjoy traveling, family activities and movies. Dyan also likes working out in the gym. The Philippines is among the many countries Dyan has been to, as she was born in the Philippines.



6 Tbsp butter

1 1/2 Tbsp granulated sugar

3/4 cup flour

4 oz. softened cream cheese

1/3 cup powdered sugar

2 1/2 to 3 cups whipped topping

3.4 oz. box instant pistachio pudding mix

1 1/4 cup milk


Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray eight-inch square pan with cooking spray. Beat together the butter and granulated sugar. Mix in the flour and stir until almost blended. Press mixture into pan and bake 13-15 minutes until set, then cool completely.

Beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup of whipped topping and spread on top of baked part in pan. Mix the milk and pudding mix together in bowl until thickened. Spread pudding over the cream cheese mixture. Spread remaining whipped topping over the pudding mixture. Chill 2-3 hours before serving.
