Henry Selby-Hele, born June 21, 1952 in Victoria, BC passed away on April 30, 2014 in Maple Grove, MN.
An avid sailor, world traveler, Pantera owner and musician (clarinet). George (tried) spending as much time on the water as volunteering as a foster parent, YMCA Indian Guides leader, member of the church choir, council, and mens group. He completed his Bachelor of Music Performance at the University of Victoria and his Associate of Electronics Technology at Brown College. His love of technology would lead him to work for such cutting edge companies as Varian Associates, Live Works Inc., Sony and Best Buy.
Preceded in death by parents and brother.
Survived by wife Rosella; sons H. Lucas (Joanna) Selby-Hele, John Selby-Hele; sister Linda (Daniel) Mitchell; grandchild H. Aidan Selby-Hele; sisters-in-law Mary Arey, Joyce (Phillip) Anderson; nephews Josh Arey, Benedict Mitchell, Brandon Arey; nieces Sarah Mitchell, Heidi Mitchell; many other relatives and friends.
Celebration of life June 22, 2014, 4:00 PM at First Lutheran Church of Crystal. Visitation 1 hour prior. Internment at Rush Creek Cemetery.
