Mortgage Foreclosure

Under and by virtue of a certified copy of Judgment issued out of and under the seal of the District Court of the State of Minnesota, in and for the Seventh Judicial District and County of Mille Lacs, upon a Judgment rendered and docketed in said Court and County in an action therein, wherein Mid-Minnesota Mutual Insurance Company, a Minnesota Township Mutual Insurance Company, Plaintiff, and Timothy L. Larsen, a single person; Elaine G. Larsen nka Elaine G. Hanson, a single person; Ocwen Financial Corporation, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida, as successor to Saxon Mortgage, Inc., aka Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc., as Defendants, in favor of said Plaintiff and against said Defendants for the sum of $237,510.48, plus interest from February 28, 2014, as appears in the Judgment filed in the office of the Court Administrator of said District Court for the County of Mille Lacs; and
WHEREAS, said Judgment was entered in the District Court of Mille Lacs County on the 22nd day of April, 2014, and the sum of $237,510.48, plus interest computed from February 28, 2014, is now actually due thereon, plus additional interest computed up to and including the date of sale and all of my fees, costs and disbursements of sale; and
WHEREAS, said Judgment has to me as Sheriff of Mille Lacs County been duly directed and delivered.
Please take notice that pursuant to Order of Court in said Judgment contained, said mortgage will be foreclosed and the tract of land lying and being in the County of Mille Lacs, State of Minnesota, described as follows, to-wit:
The West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (W1/2 of SW1/4 of SW1/4) and the West Half of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (W1/2 of E1/2 of SW1/4 of SW1/4), Section Twenty-eight (28), Township Thirty-nine (39), Range Twenty-seven (27), Mille Lacs County, Minnesota.
will be sold by the undersigned Sheriff of said County at public auction on the 17th day of July, 2014, at 10:00 oclock a.m., at the Lobby of the Law Enforcement Center, 640 Third Street SE, in the City of Milaca, in said County and State to pay the debt then secured by said Mortgage and taxes, if any, on said premises and the costs and disbursements allowed by law, subject to redemption of the Mortgagor, their personal representatives or assigns within 6 months from the date of confirmation of sale.
