6/16 Drive Thru/Set Back

The Princeton Planning Commission has scheduled public hearings on June 16, 2014, beginning at 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council Chambers to consider various applications, including the following:
1. Variance to allow a drive-thru service lane for a coffee shop in the B-2, Neighborhood Commercial Zoning District. The property is legally described as Lot 3, Block 1, Princeton Crossing Second Addition (PID #90-405-0115).
2. Variance to the 25 foot front yard setback requirement for a home addition to be 15.8 feet from the front property line in the R-2, Residential Zoning District. The property is located at 402 7th Street North, legally described as Lot 1, Block 44, Princeton Original Townsite and S 1/2 of Lot 2, Block 44 and W 1/2 of Vacated 4th Ave No Adjacent (PID #24-040-1590).
All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing or to submit their written comments to City Hall, 705 2nd Street North, Princeton, MN 55371, prior to the hearing.
