Where do we start.
What a wonderful turnout for the Memorial Day Services here in Princeton. So many put their feet forward to help make all the festivities possible.
First, let us remember our veterans for what they have given us. Freedom isn’t free. Thank you to all our military. As you sit there listening to all the names that have given of their time. As they say, all gave some. Some gave all.
Remembering as the names are being called off. Again, so many thank you’s to the people that made all this possible from the school, Princeton radio station, Palmer School Bus (Tim), Princeton Union-Eagle, both Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts and their leaders, Community Ed for the programs.
The Honor Guards, our speakers, all the members of the American Legion, SAL and VFW and volunteers, for putting this all together and the food from Coborn’s.
This is all a community effort. Please, “God Bless America.” Again thank you to our wonderful community.
Commander Loren Papesh, VFW
