Milaca Public Schools will be accepting sealed bids for Bleacher Replacement and Removal.
Question Deadline 07/06/2014 Bid Deadline 07/09/2014 and Bid Opening 07/09/2014 at 1 pm. Bidder Acknowledgement Form required.
Scope of Work: The project consists of the bleacher removal, replacement and bleacher set up. Provide labor and materials to demo and install bleachers. Process all required permits and provide drawings for needed permits. Provide start-up and test report on bleacher performance. The bidder warrants that the products/services shall conform with the standards set forth by OSHA and be ADA compliant.

Bid Bond and Insurance: the winning bidder will be required to provide a bid bond of 5% of the total amount of the bid. Successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond in the full amount of the contract.
Due Date/Time: 07/09/2014 1:00 PM for Milaca Public Schools must receive bids/proposals no later than said date and time.
Bidder understands that Milaca Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding/selection.
