Princeton police report Aug. 11-14

The following incidents were reported to the Princeton Police Department Aug. 11-14. The times printed are when a complaint was received, not necessarily when it occurred. The report was compiled by Jeff Hage.

Monday, Aug. 11
1:49 a.m. Assisted Mille Lacs County in removing people in a parked vehicle from private property on 75th Avenue.
3:50 a.m. Removed a tree from the road on Third Street S. and Seventh Avenue.
8:11 a.m. A firearms complaint was made on Northland Drive.
8:48 a.m. A theft was reported in the 200 block of Rum River Drive S.
10:14 a.m. Property damage was reported in the 1100 block of Seventh Avenue S.
1:50 p.m. Removed an unwanted individual from the 200 block of Rum River Drive S.
3:23 p.m. A gas drive-off was reported at Little Dukes.
8:40 p.m. A theft of a weed trimmer was reported in the 500 block of Sixth Avenue N.
Tuesday, Aug. 12
8:20 p.m. A domestic assault was reported between siblings in the 200 block of Sixth Avenue N.
8:48 p.m. Officers escorted people to their vehicles in the vicinity of an alleged intoxicated male on First Street.
11:27 p.m. A theft was investigated on 16th Avenue N.
Wednesday, Aug. 13
12:16 a.m. Conducted a K-9 sniff on a vehicle following a traffic stop in the 600 block of Rum River Drive S. K-9 located marijuana and a pipe; $152 in cash was seized. An 18-year-old male was cited.
1:43 p.m. A dirt bike complaint was made on Old Highway 18.
2:34 p.m. A 29-year-old male was apprehended in the 100 block of Woodland Court on an outstanding felony warrant from Ward County.
3:11 p.m. A trailer at Family Pathways was reported to have been broken into. Merchandise valued at $500 was reported stolen.
Thursday, Aug. 14
10:23 p.m. Officer assisted complainant in attempting to remove a bat from a residence in the 300 block of Fourth Street S. Attempt to remove bat was unsuccessful.
11:38 p.m. A 24-year-old male was cited for a revoked license after being stopped in the park on 11th Avenue S. after hours.
11:45 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on Fourth Avenue S. where an individual appeared to have suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head.
