Nativities to be displayed at Princeton church

Tired of the over-commercialization of Christmas?
People may find the inspiration and peace they’re looking for at “Joy of the Nativity,” a new event hosted at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Princeton early in December. Visitors will find the cultural hall and nearby classrooms decorated with literally hundreds of Nativity scenes and thousands of sparkling lights. In the chapel, guests will be able to enjoy live Christmas music from area congregations or video of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir.
There is no charge and light refreshments will be served. Hours are from 5-8:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 9 and 2-8:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 10. The church is located about a mile west of the junction of Highways. 95 and 169, at the southeast corner of the intersection of Hwy. 95 and 100th Avenue West.
