Stamp out hunger on Saturday, May 13

This year is the 25th anniversary of Stamp Out Hunger, the largest single-day food drive in the country, which has collected and delivered 1.5 billion pounds of food to food banks nationwide!

Mark your calendars: Saturday, May 13, leave a bag of non-perishable, non-breakable, non-expired food items at your mailbox for your letter carrier to pick up to deliver to Second Harvest Heartland, to help fill the plates of the one in 10 Minnesotans at risk of hunger.

Donate Food and Funds

Fill a bag with non-perishable food items like peanut butter, soup, cans of tuna, pasta and more, leave it at your mailbox on Saturday, May 13 and your letter carrier will do the rest.

Donate between May 1 and May 18 to have your gift matched by Land O’Lakes, up to a total of $25,000! For every dollar donated, Second Harvest Heartland can provide 3 meals to hungry neighbors in our community and with the match – that’s 6 meals!
