Monday, Aug. 14
7:54 a.m. Theft complaint in the 1400 block of Third Street N.
8:38 a.m. Suspicious activity, an unknown vehicle in the 500 block of Sixth Street S.
6:41 p.m. Burglary complaint in the 100 block of Woodland Drive.
8:52 p.m. Welfare check in the are of Highway 169 and Rum River Drive, where a person had pulled over upset about their dog’s death.
9:22 p.m. Lost wallet in the 400 block of 11th Avenue S.
9:29 p.m. Loud music and excessive bass in the 700 block of Smith System Road.
Tuesday, Aug. 15
8:52 a.m. Disturbance in the 1600 block of 12th Avenue N, a person making threats about false statements.
12:29 p.m. Harassing phone calls in the 700 block of Northland Boulevard.
1:46 p.m. Two-vehicle collision the 700 block Northland Boulevard, where a vehicle hit a truck hitch.
2:57 p.m. Disturbance in the 1600 block of 12th Avenue N., people arguing.
4 p.m. Harassing calls and texts under a no-contact order on Third Avenue S.
Wed. Aug. 16
2:28 a.m. Officer responded to ongoing issue of complaints about unwanted texts between people who have lived together two years.
10:39 a.m. Suspicious activity, a possible break-in, in the 1200 block of Third Street. S.
11:17 a.m. Harassment complaint in the 1300 block of Shady Lane.
1:16 p.m. Suspicious activity in the 1600 block of 16th Avenue N, a towed-in vehicle.
3:06 p.m. Theft of building materials in the 1400 block of 17th Avenue S.
3:30 p.m. Welfare check in the 900 block of West Branch Street, where contact couldn’t be made at the time but later was found to be OK.
6:35 p.m. Welfare check in the 100 block of Woodland Drive, where a person had found transportation to get to help.
7:58 p.m. Disturbance in the 1200 block of Seventh Avenue N, where a caller saw a female running from a male and then the male was located but the female was not.
11:28 p.m. Suspicious activity in the 600 block of Rum River Drive S., an unknown vehicle in a parking lot.
Thursday, Aug. 17
1:25 a.m. Suspicious activity, S, people lurking outside businesses in the 500 block of 19th Avenue N and the 900 block of Rum River Drive.
4:01 a.m. Suspicious activity in the 1900 block of Fifth Street N, a person who’d pulled over to sleep in the liquor-store parking lot.
8:04 a.m. Suspicious activity, an unwanted person entering in the 1600 block of 12th Avenue N.
1:36 p.m. Property exchange in the 1400 block of Meadow View Drive.
3:31 p.m. Stray dog near the area of Rum River Drive and Highway 95, an adult, yellow Labrador with an olive collar.
4:24 p.m. Theft complaint in the 200 block of Sixth Avenue N, an air compressor taken from a truck.
8:27 p.m. Dog bite in the 1400 block of 17th Avenue N.

Friday, Aug. 18
11:33 a.m. Counterfeit bill in the 200 block of Rum River Drive S.
3:26 p.m. A 911 hang-up check in the 1500 block of 13th Street N.
5 p.m. Remove unwanted person in the 400 block of Rum River Drive S.
5:34 p.m. Theft complaint of $130 in the 300 block of 21st Avenue N.
6:09 p.m. Animal complaint of dogs in a hot car in the 900 block of Rum River Drive S, where windows were open and dogs appeared to be fine.
8:58 p.m. Juvenile complaint in the 700 block of Smith System Road.
11:53 p.m. Welfare check on the Highway 95 bridge over Highway 169, where a person was hanging over the rail and was helped away from it.
11:46 p.m. Theft complaint in the 300 block of 21st Avenue N.
Saturday, Aug. 19
12:10 a.m. Welfare check in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue N.
8:21 p.m. Drugs found in the 700 block of Rum River Drive S.
9:04 p.m. Suspicious activity in the 300 block of 21st Avenue N, a person looking in car windows who said they needed a ride.
Sunday, Aug. 20
10:02 a.m. Possible fight in the 300 block of 21st Avenue N.
11:09 a.m. A 911 hang-up check in the 600 block of Third Street S.
6:10 p.m. Welfare check in the 100 block of Rum River Drive S.
7:26 p.m. Loud-music complaint in the 900 block of W. Branch Street.
11:04 p.m. Loud-music complaint in the 1200 block of 11th Avenue N.
11:21 p.m. Possible fight in the 500 block of Fifth Avenue N.
