Preschool storytime at Princeton Area Library

PRINCETON – Reading aloud with children every day makes a difference in helping them prepare for school. So now that the older kids are heading back to school, load up the preschoolers and toddlers and come join the fun at the Princeton Area Library for weekly storytimes, presented by Princeton ECFE.
Preschool storytime (ages 3-5) will meet on Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., Sept. 20 through Dec. 13. Toddler storytime (18 months to age 3) will meet on Fridays from 11 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Sept. 22 through Dec. 15. Siblings are welcome, and children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Both storytimes follow the school calendar.
Storytime is a great way to introduce your children to the library and books, plus meet other parents, children and caregivers. The program consists of stories, fingerplays and more. The Princeton Area Library, 100 S. 4th Ave., a branch of the East Central Regional Library system, can be reached at 763-389-3753.
